At COAST, knowledge and professional growth are one of our top priorities. Our practitioners are not only trained in a wide range of specialized treatment techniques, but they are continually learning to expand and refine their skills. As a result, we are able to offer the best care for their patients.
ELDOAs are postural/myofascial techniques designed for widening the space within a chosen articulation. They're great for anyone experiencing neck and back pain, and best done at the end of the day or after a workout.
This is accomplished by creating fascial tension to fix the vertebra below and contraction in extreme range to normalize the vertebra above the targeted disc.
For optimal results, aim is to hold each posture for 1 minute per day.
These ELDOA exercises are demonstrated by COAST Physiotherapist Robbi Basran at our Kitsilano Clinic!
