The Functional Bike Fitting Process

The Functional Bike Fitting process at COAST includes a full comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and exercise program to identify and manage any injury risks and deficiencies. 

The physiotherapy assessment is then followed by an initial fit, in which adjustments will be made to your bike based on your body and individual needs. Recommendations might also be made on ideal equipment to ensure your bike fits properly for you. After the initial assessment, a follow up session will be made to make any necessary adjustments after 15 hours of riding.
